For three generations, our family has tended the same hillside in Sri Lanka's Galle district. We harvest by hand, cure by sun, and roll every quill the way our grandfather taught us — slowly, and only when the bark is willing.
Today, Ceylon Reserve reaches chefs, apothecaries and tea houses in fifteen countries. The hands that touch our bark have never changed.
