Toast rolled oats in butter, bloom ground Ceylon cinnamon, then finish with yoghurt and crushed pecans.
Ingredients
• 80 g rolled oats
• 15 g butter
• 1 tsp ground Ceylon cinnamon
• Greek yoghurt, pecans, honey
Method
1. Melt butter; toast oats 2 minutes until nutty.
2. Stir in cinnamon; add water or milk per pack instructions.
3. Simmer until creamy; top with yoghurt, pecans, and a drizzle of honey.
